About the role
- Contribute to the effective and efficient operation of Anatomical Pathology by assisting in the preparation and processing of histological specimens, embedding, sectioning, Fluorescence in situ Hybridisation on paraffin embedded tissue, special staining of tissue and carrying out routine maintenance of equipment.
- Will be required to work on a rotational basis throughout the Main Laboratory, Cut-Up Laboratory and the Immunocytochemistry Laboratory.

Essential Requirements:
Educational/Vocational Qualifications
- For appointment at the TGO-1 level a Diploma or Advanced Diploma in a relevant technical discipline
- For appointment at the TGO-0 level educational standards required for entry to an appropriate technical study course.
