Job description

Our family owned client based in Mordialloc have been in operation for over 50 years. They specialise in precision engineering and tool making for various types of industries.

They are currently seeking a Part Time Business Support/Driver person up to 25-32 hours per week with flexible start and finish times.

The purpose of your role will be a split between visiting suppliers and customers for pick up and deliveries and the other part of your role will be admin focused based in the office.

Key duties:

  • Deliveries and pick up of steel components and boxes of products depending on demand of deliveries and pick ups
  • Administration duties include answering phones in a professional manner
  • Purchasing and receiving of goods
  • Preparation of invoices and generation of quotes
  • Entering of BOM
  • Liaising and organizing transport
  • Other admin duties as required

  • Are a team player and professional
  • Flexible with job requirements
  • Are looking for a varied role on the road and in the office
  • Sound MS office skills with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Independent and a problem solver
