As a new member of the Electrodry team your role will  include:

• Carpet, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and wood floor refurbishment as well as a range of other services that you will become trained and qualified to undertake.

• Positively recommending additional products and services to customers

• Customer Service

• Use and general maintenance of machinery

• Preparation of daily paperwork and receipt of payments from customers

Following the completion of your initial training period, you will receive on-going training in a range of specialist areas that include:

• Wood floor refinishing
• Tile and Grout Cleaning
• Mould De-Contamination

Our career development path provide the opportunity for team members to develop a well rounded career as they move from a technician, to a trainer, to a junior territory operations manager and then a senior territory operations manager. 

To be a successful candidate for this role you must:

• Have a current licence and be able to drive a manual vehicle

• Demonstrate strong communication skills

• Have excellent attention to detail

• Have an employment history demonstrating a strong work ethic

• Successful candidates have had a background in carpentry, maintenance, hospitality and sales

In this full time role you'll start at a training rate of $28 per hour plus commissions and bonuses payable from your third week of employment. Once you have demonstrated the required level of technical proficiency providing our primary services of carpet and upholstery cleaning (usually a 3 month process), you will move to a Qualified Technician base rate of $30 per hour. 

Our generous commission and bonus structure rewards high levels of customer service, reliability and business performance.  Once qualified you can expect to earn between $1,200 and $1,700 per week plus super & vehicle.
