With us you can kick start your employment as an early career nurse or midwife through our comprehensive and individually tailored program. With full time or part time options available (minimum 0.8 FTE), our 12-month program is coupled with an additional Consolidation Year to further support your transition to practice and develop your clinical skills and knowledge.

The Melbourne Clinic, situated in Richmond, Victoria is Australia's largest private mental health service, providing a variety of recovery focussed inpatient and outpatient programs that are tailored to meet the needs of people with a range of mental health conditions. Our aim is to provide Collaborative Patient Centred Care that is respectful of and responsive to the preferences, needs and values of the individual.

Registered Nurses at Healthscope perform a wide range of activities in pursuit of delivering a high quality patient experience. Every day is different and may include assessing patients, administering medications, providing wound care and educating patients and their families about health conditions. You will need to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, advocate for your patients and provide support to patients and their families. You will have the opportunity to continually develop, improve and promote best evidence-based practice.
