Position Overview: As the Supervisor, you'll play an integral role in the future planning and growth of The Mill. By stepping into a leadership role within our esteemed establishment, you will oversee our dynamic front-of-house food service team, embodying our core brand pillars of Open, Bright, Connected, and Considered. You'll lead with passion and innovation, fostering an environment where every guest feels valued and every experience is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Passionate Leadership: Lead The Mill food team in delivering exceptional casual dining experiences that brighten our customers' day, embodying our commitment to brightness and positivity.
- Training and Development: Assist in training new staff members to uphold our standards of excellence, fostering openness and continuous improvement.
- Guest Experience: Welcome and guide guests during lunch and dinner services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
- Bookings Management: Efficiently manage service bookings and guest flow to optimise the dining experience, demonstrating consideration for our guests' time and preferences.
- Customer Feedback: Proactively gather and address customer feedback, resolving any service discrepancies with care and professionalism, embodying our commitment to openness and accountability.
- Ambiance: Maintain the ambiance of The Mill, overseeing lighting, music, cleanliness, and hygiene standards, ensuring its the perfect meeting place for friends and family.
- Collaborative Communication: Liaise effectively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house operations, fostering teamwork and connectedness across all departments.
**We need you to be available for a mix of weekdays, weekends and public holidays with no late nights!
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a casual dining environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills..
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment..
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- RSA preferred
