About the Role
The Therapeutic Quality & Governance Manager is responsible for creating a range of policies and procedures through organisational needs to build therapeutic capability to ensure required operational capability across our services. This will be accomplished by providing best practice oversight, methodologies, policies, frameworks, and tools to enable consistent therapeutic practices across all services. This will be a pivotal role in ensuring quality and governance in our services whilst also managing the Licensing Team.
The purpose of the role is to develop, implement and oversee processes to maintain high-quality care and compliance with regulatory requirements, and guiding the organisation to best practice.
To perform within our roles, Safe Places People Capability Framework (PCF) describes the necessary capabilities. We have three main groupings of capability: strategy, leadership and service delivery. We believe mastering the routine and day to day of service delivery is incredibly important but recognise your value as extending beyond these key accountabilities. Our Therapeutic Quality & Governance Manager will be responsible to:
- Build and continuously improve capability of therapeutic practices through a lens of continuous improvement.
- Ensure governance, policies and documentation is fit for purpose in accordance with appropriate guidelines, standard operating procedures, legislative standards, and ethical requirements.
- Provide effective processional guidance to operational staff including providing high level professional advice and supervision to drive the delivery of safe and high-quality therapeutic services.
- Reviewing and developing lead therapeutic practices, monitoring and embedding regulatory requirements and provide expert advice on standards and governance.

- Degree in Social Work or Psychology or a post graduate qualification in a health-related field
