Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality & Safeguards Manager at our Bankstown, NSW location. The Quality & Safeguards Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with NDIS quality and safeguarding requirements, conducting audits, developing and implementing quality improvement strategies, and leading a team of quality Coordinators. The manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to continuously enhance service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and promote a culture of safety and quality.
Qualifications
Experience in quality management and compliance in the disability or healthcare sector
Understanding of NDIS quality and safeguarding requirements
Audit and assessment skills
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ability to develop and implement quality improvement strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of disability legislation and regulations
Qualifications in disability services, healthcare management, or a related field
