Onetrak is a national player in the heavy plant equipment supply chain. We excel within the construction, forestry, and extractive industries of Australia & are looking for a 3rd or 4th year Mobile Plant Apprentice Diesel Mechanic to join our Hallam Branch.
Do you like problem solving & repairing things with your hands & are you keen to have a career in the heavy plant and equipment industry?
We are looking to hear from you if you are someone who is:
- Driven to learn & motivated to succeed.
- Enthusiastic with a history of operating in a team environment.
YOU MUST BE ENROLLED IN A CURRENT APPRENTICESHIP TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.
The following skills and attributes will be for the position:
- Up to date with TAFE studies
- Solid mathematics, science and English skills
- Great communication skills
- Commitment to safety
- A positive, can do, conscientious, and eager to learn attitude.
- The ability to take direction and show initiative.
- Current driver's licence
- A strong work ethic which means you will be reliable, punctual and honest and committed to completing your trade qualification
Applicants must be willing to commit to complete apprenticeship. This includes participation in both practical training and completion of theory based study components of TAFE.
Prior to engagement you will be required to attend an aptitude test and a pre-placement medical .
