**Qualifications & Experience:**
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise work requirements.
- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team and direct others.
- Willingness to learn and a keen 'can do' attitude.
- Experience in estimating prices for Timber Doors.
- Proficiency in door software design.
- Prior experience in carpentry or a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in project management, especially within the construction or carpentry industries.
- Able to measure doors
**Tasks & Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the project setup processes, including the review of project documentation, specifications, and drawings to determine all relevant information for the creation of production sheets and machine programs.
- Brief the manufacturing team on project details and any new products to ensure a quality product is manufactured the first time.
- Maintain accurate project data and files.
- Perform administrative tasks relating to project procurement and manufacturing.
- Communicate daily with the factory manager to discuss what needs to happen and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
