We are seekingCellar Door Staff who are energetic, results orientated, and thrive working with people.
Additionally, the role requires:
- A genuine love of wine, food and meeting new people
- Conducting warm, welcoming and specialised Cellar Door experiences
- Experience with POS systems and social media
- Great organisational skills with a proven ability to prioritise and coordinate
- Some food preparation
- A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
Key attributes:
- Proven expertise in Cellar Door and/or hospitality
- Previous events and functions experience
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team and to adapt to changing work priorities in a fast-paced organisation
- Demonstrated understanding of work, health and safety responsibilities
- WSET is favourable
The position will require working on weekends, public holidays and during school holidays.
