The Operations team partners with the diverse areas of our College to ensure we deliver successful educational and commercial outcomes. About the roleWe are looking for a Timetable Officer to join our Scheduling Services team at Monash College. The Timetabling Officer is responsible for delivering a successful end to end timetable process for all Monash College programs throughout the year to support the delivery of teaching programs. The role is also responsible for scheduling examinations and ad-hoc room requirements. Maintenance of system data, coordination of stakeholders and consistent application of business rules are essential responsibilities of this customer focused role. About youWe are looking for a motivated and proactive individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, who can successfully manage competing priorities. As the successful candidate you will have: Experience providing high quality, customer focused scheduling and coordination services, with effective computer and data entry skills using specialist scheduling software.
