Your Story
Our Tibaldi Mobile Distributor (TMD) Territory Manager / Drivers ensure that our existing customer relationships are maintained, and new business development activities are proactively undertaken to offer both our new and existing customers an exceptional customer experience.
As a TMD – Relief Territory Manager / Driver at Tibaldi you will be part of the Tibaldi Mobile Distributor (TMD) team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:
- Represent Tibaldi and its products to customers across all 5 geographic territories
- Maintain sales while maximizing opportunities for growth across territories
- Present products and services to existing and prospective customers to drive growth
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Optimize delivery schedule/call cycle
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Account for the safe and timely delivery of products
- Maintain customer, sales and delivery records using prescribed CRM
- Complete all required reporting including daily checklists, QA paperwork etc
- Liaise with other departments to ensure optimal customer service
- Manage and maintain delivery vehicle
As part of the TMD team:
- You will use your 1 – 3 years of FMCG or meat processing products experience
- You will have a valid MR driver’s license and assume responsibility for the delivery van and products
- You will use your knowledge of recordkeeping and managing sales contracts
- You will be required to be thorough in everything you do
- You will use your exceptional time management skills
- You will be problem-solving, decision-making and analytical abilities everyday
- You will use your outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- You will be a role model for all aspects of OH&S
