ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is a Permanent full-time position on a 7:7 roster, FIFO from Darwin or Cairns to Groote Eylandt.
As the Maintenance Tool Storeperson, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling all mobile equipment tools and consumables that are checked out and into the Mobile Maintenance tool store.
Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
- Upkeep, maintain and audit a number of tool store registers pertaining to tooling and other equipment utilised within the Mobile Maintenance workshop
- Audit reporting of all toolboxes and toolkits
- Maintain and repair tooling and equipment and replace non-repairable
- Monitor and control oil farm levels, environment and use of consumables and personal protective equipment
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
- Prior experience gained within Tool Maintenance or similar relevant role
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
Qualifications for this position are:
- Forklift Licence
- Valid C-Class Driver’s Licence - Manual vehicles
- Manual Handling
