As the Tooling Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the safe, compliant and availability of Aircraft Tooling and equipment for the AMO (Part 145) group. This includes the management of tooling, equipment and tool cribs in area of responsibilities to ensure the day to day operational tooling demands are supported under ISO55000 (asset utilisation) framework. This role performs tool crib duties such as dispensing of serviceable tools and equipment to all operational staff for maintenance activities, ensures all assets are properly maintained and calibrated. This includes scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs are performed by the tooling facilitator, tooling maintenance workshops and external service providers. This role also includes supporting the operations with hangar preparation for all maintenance checks including ensuring the provision of aircraft tooling and equipment, conduct administrative and compliance tasks in the relevant asset management information system. This role is also responsible for the asset management and utilisation of miscellaneous assets such as radios, headsets, consumables and general housekeeping of tool cribs and tooling.

The successful candidate will:

  • Manage day to day Toolcrib functionalities and staff

  • Coordinate and ensure all hangar facilities and GSE is fully maintained and serviceable in preparation for aircraft maintenance

  • Administration and compliance

  • Continuous Improvement

  • Interpersonal effectiveness and people development

  • Comply with Corporate and Divisional Service Standards.

  • Comply with the Group management system standard and associated policies in the workplace
