The Position:

Working under an experienced Group Pharmacy Manager and a handpicked mentor, you will deliver outstanding healthcare services while developing and supporting your team. You will also enjoy a structured onboarding experience, on-the-job training and development, plus a clear career pathway within our network of TerryWhite Chemmart pharmacies.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and develop a committed team of 30 staff, including precept Interns.
• Focus on the clinical care side of community pharmacy through our CareClinics.
• Share your passion for a particular health area eg. Diabeties, Men's Health, Health and Fitness etc.
• Actively counsel and advise customers on prescribed and over-the-counter medications and their medical conditions.  
• Enjoy the latest stock management technology and structure your team's workflow with our highly rated myTWC customer app. 
• Be an active member of the TerryWhite Chemmart managed pharmacies leadership team.
• Uphold all TerryWhite Chemmart, QCPP, and relevant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

TerryWhite Chemmart embraces the Extended Scope pilots currently underway in parts of Australia.

About You:

• You are passionate about community pharmacy, and are looking to expand your service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
• Enjoy working with and developing your team, knowing we all play a part in supplying unparalleled care to our customers and patients.
• Excited about the changes coming to community pharmacy and want to be part of a group that recognises this opportunity.
• Looking to get a jumpstart on your future and set yourself up for success.
• Your previous experience managing a busy store will be highly regarded.
• To be considered for this role you must have a current General Registration as a Pharmacist (without conditions or undertakings) with AHPRA.
