What we are looking for:
We are looking for an experienced full time retail manager to work Monday to Friday, who is committed to helping our business grow and providing extraordinary customer service.
Retail Manager Roles and responsibilities- Assist with the management of the store adherence to Mullein’s business systems and operating standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to the team.
- Support catalogue and supplier promotions by planning, merchandising and implementing promotional activities to maximise sales.
- Stock monitoring and management.
- Maintain the control and application of systems to increase sales and productivity.
- Ensure all administration duties are performed.
- Human Resource functions including roster management and managing performance where required.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including pharmaceutical reps and the Head Office team.
- Work toward achieving the store's KPI targets
Essential Criteria for the Retail Manager position
- Proven experience working in retail management.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Motivated and goal driven to drive your team forward.
- Computer savvy.
- Current First Aid/CPR.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
- Ability to work with the Pharmacist in Charge to drive sales growth.
Desirable Criteria for the Retail Manager Role
- Experience in a fast paced retail/customer service environment.
- 12 months+ retail management/assistant retail management experience.
- Stock Management experience
- Have an interest for wholefoods and well-being products.
- Stock management experience.
- Experience with managing rosters.
- Previous pharmacy experience
