Our small Tourist Park (50 sites) is seeking a Customer Service Officer. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and professional person with excellent communication skills to be primarily responsible for reception duties and cleaning. We are looking for a person who enjoys the caravan lifestyle and are happy to provide a welcoming and community feel for all guests in our park.
This job is located in New South Wales' premier wine region – the Hunter Valley, requiring you to maintain and make links with local tourist attractions to assist our guests in exploring the area.
Responsibilities Include:
Guest booking, check in and welcome following correct procedures
Assist guests with advice about local attractions
Updating social media
Generating reports for the owners
Cleaning Amenities Block, Cabins and House
Ability to multi-task in peak season
Experience in Newbook reservations system preferred
Your will be required to work two consecutive weekdays for 7.5 hours on each of the two days depending on business requirements. There will also be opportunities to fill in during staff holidays and as demand requires.
An immediate start is available. Salary and benefits in line with market rates. Whilst caravan park office experience is not essential, a keen interest and understanding of the travelling caravan lifestyle is expected.
