This role will see you provide effective leadership of asset maintenance to ensure profitable operations which are results driven and customer focused.
About the role:
- Lead and direct the work teams located throughout South Australia and Northern Territory to achieve desired business outcomes while building a results driven, customer focused and accountable culture.
- Continuously improve a maintenance strategy and business plan including the development and monitoring of appropriate KPI's to ensure effectiveness of maintenance activity.
- Provide leadership, strategic direction and maintenance execution in depots that is supportive of the broad direction of the enterprise.
- Manage the operational performance of rail and other assets to improve business operations.
- Through effective customer relationship management, ensure maintenance services are achieved in accordance with agreed performance requirements and standards.
- Lead and manage major change management programs to assist the business in optimising asset management solutions.
- Develop and coach capability within the department leadership team.

- Previous management experience working in manufacturing and/or maintenance production in a complex environment.
