As a result of our success and growth we are now seeking experienced and enthusiastic Track Worker to join our Rail Maintenance team based in Henderson, WA. This is a local opportunity for those who reside in WA.
ABOUT YOU
- Demonstrate capability assisting in Rail Maintenance / Construction environment
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills
- Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure
- Trackwork and labouring experience
- Welding and grinding (desirable)
- Machine operating experience (desirable)
- Hi-Rail Excavator certification (desirable)
- Previous experience on re-sleepering projects
- Drivers Licence
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Work under direction, following instructions at all times
- Assist the team to deliver the scopes of work on various maintenance projects and sites helping with site preparation and restoration
- Ensure that all technical, safety procedures and contract specific requirements are followed
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform general track maintenance as required
