About the Role
We are currently seeking Tractor Operator/Groundcrew candidates for our Production site. This poistion will suit those looking to work in a unique sector that has a positive impact on our environment. Candidates will be trained in all aspects of our operations covering:
- Specialist Compost Aeration System
- World Class Komptech Screens
- Tele-handler and small plant
- Maintenance operations across site
- Water and Dam Management
- General groundcrew/labourer tasks
About You
The successful candidate will need to have the ability to work outside in various temperatures/environments. This position would suit a hands on, outoor person with a willingness to work hard, have excellent attendance and a great can do attitude. Preference will be given to candidates with machine, maintenance or agricultural experience.
Applicants must hold a current drivers licence, have their own reliable transport and possess a positive mindset towards change and enthusiasm to work with a team driven by efficiency.
Above Waste Management award rates will be paid for this role.
