About the role
Due to continued growth and internal movement our we are looking for an experienced Trade Assistant to join our Engineering team. Your primary responsibilities will involve supporting the Qualified Tradesperson on site to carries out their daily duties. You will be working across all areas of operations from Production and Fitment to Repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Contributing to tasks aimed at optimizing workshop efficiency
- Assisting to ensure all deadlines are met
- Assisting with hydraulic maintenance and diagnostics
- Upholding a safe and clean work environment
- Working with workshop supervisor to problem solve job related issues
About You
- Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in the automotive industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in the use of both Hand and Power tools
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Welding experience is a plus (desirable);
- HR license (desirable);
- Experience with Hydraulics (desirable)
