- Works with an agile mindset to innovate on what opportunities can be pursued within retail pharmacy.
- Establish a good working relationship with the local and global cross functional teams to execute the pharmacy strategy
- Analyses the pharmacy channel using data anylytics and insights to develop and refine the strategies and tactics
- Monitoring overall progress and utilization of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary
- Tailor expert knowledge to meet specific circumstancesof the pharmacy channel
- Plan and manage deployment financial resources to meet marketing milestones
- Build and sustain effective communications & valued partnership with external key partners

- Excellent judgment as well as the ability to work with confidential documents and information
- 5-7 years Trade Marketing experience in the pharmacy channel
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- FMCG / Pharmacy Customer Knowledge
- An understanding of Category Management
- An understanding of Channel Management
- An understanding of patient insights
