Petries Mitre 10 is seeking an experienced and results-driven Trade Sales Manager, to lead our Central West sales team. The Trade Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales growth within the trade customer segment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing sales team, develop strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional service to our trade customers.
Leadership and sales experience are essential, we can provide the industry training you’ll need. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to expand relationships with existing trade partners, achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement strategic sales strategies to drive sales growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of trade customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and operations, to support sales initiatives and enhance the customer experience.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience leading high performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of Trade Sales principles and practices, including relationship management and business development.
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer service that ensures the financial success of both the customers business and our business.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales strategies that drive sales growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
