The Central Coast Local Health District (CCLHD) is looking for an exceptional Nurse Manager to join our Central Coast Health at Home program
About You
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with relevant post graduate qualifications in health service management and/or working towards attainment and/or evidence of recent management experience encompassing human resource management, finance and resource management.
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills in implementing organisational culture and systems redesign within a health care setting.
- Demonstrated experience in the effective and efficient management of services within a risk management framework.
Where you’ll be working
The Nurse Manager, Central Coast Health at Home position is responsible for the management and leadership of Central Coast Health at Home services, including Hospital in the Home, Virtual Care and Triage, Aged Care Response Team and the Urgent Care Clinic.
The role will actively interface with all professional clinical teams and lead inter-professional ways of working with a focus on patient centred care. The role will be accountable for improving patient outcomes, sustainable access, and collaborative health pathways
