About the Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for the growth of sales to new and existing customer bases within the Central Coast, Newcastle through to Hunter Valley area and the development of long-term business relationships. You will be required to travel to Prestons once a fortnight and when required from the business.

Duties: 

  • Maintain an existing customer base whilst focusing on new business growth. 
  • Achieve sales KPI’s and meet quarterly targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities to increase sales.
  • Create and maintain customer pricing and margins. 
  • Identify, develop and manage new areas of growth.
  • Work co-operatively and competitively within a busy sales team environment.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Meat Sales to venues in the area would be well regarded.
  • Exceptional negotiation and customer service skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a broad customer base.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Aptitude for working with computers, including the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
  • Professional personal presentation
  • Must have drivers’ licence and full work permit.
