About the role

We are currently seeking experienced motivated trade assistants who are competent in working both as part of a team and individually, someone who is motivated and looking to Work alongside like-minded tradespeople within a safe company structure. the position requires the applicant to be physically fit for laborious outdoor tasks 

Duties & responsibilities 

• Assist Trades personnel with daily  responsibilities
• Clean and tidy the Workplace
• Perform  minor Handyman task 
• Operate Plant & Equipment including but not limited to Trucks, Excavator, Skid Steer, EWP, Mowers, Brush Cutters and Chainsaws
• Maintain company policies and procedures
• Be well presented with good communication skills

Skills & Experience

• Proven 3 years of experience in Facilities and Building Maintenance 
• Hold a current Queensland MR driver's license or higher
• Preferably Hold current high-risk licenses for, EWP Excavator & Skid Steer 
• Have or be willing to obtain certificates in, but not limited to, working at heights, asbestos awareness, confined spaces, etc.
