About the Role
• Answer and process all reservations enquiries individually and enthusiastically following the established Hotel communication guidelines
• Communicate any guest special requests to the appropriate department(s) and follow up to make certain the request has been fulfilled in accordance with the guest's wishes
• Have a full working knowledge of all current room rates and packages available at the Hotel
• Ensure that the confidentiality of the hotel's guest is maintained
• To liaise with the Reservations Manager daily regarding occupancies to ensure average rate is maximized
