We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced hospitality professionals to fill our newly created position for a full-time Food & Beverage Supervisor. This is a unique opportunity to join Amora Hotel Brisbane as we emerge as Brisbane’s newest 5-star Hotel property.
Your new role
This “hands on” role is responsible for the leading the teams of staff in the Hotel Food & Beverage outlets – dapl restaurant offering modern Australian cuisine, in room dining, The Lobby Bar and multiple conference and event spaces.
We are looking for a passionate “foodie” with a “can do” attitude who has 2 -3 years’ experience from ideally from Hotel venues with various Food & Beverage service outlets. You will bring your commitment to our philosophy of ensuring your team goes that “extra mile” providing friendly, professional service to guests and visitors.
To be successful in this role you have:
- An energised leadership style that is authentic, inspiring and supportive
- Experience in food and beverage service at a supervisory/leadership level, ideally from a hotel environment
- Strong, current product knowledge of current industry trends
- Commitment to deliver exceptional guest experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Clear communication skills
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster including weekends and public holidays
- Visa holders require full Australian working rights with no restrictions
