Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team. The Client Support Manager will be responsible for fostering strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating support services to meet client needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries and issues.
  • Oversee the quoting process, ensuring accurate and timely quotes are provided to clients.
  • Lead a team of Tradesmen and Apprentices
  • Proven experience in client relationship management or customer support, preferably in the facilities management or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate service delivery and ensure that all client requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, providing clear communication and facilitating resolution of any issues or conflicts.

About you

  • Proven experience in client relationship management or customer support, preferably in the facilities management or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs and concerns.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of facilities management practices and industry trends is a plus.
