With proven leadership and management track record, you'll establish a framework of exceptional service delivery, manage large global teams and play a key role in decision making ensuring a balanced approach to business needs and customer outcomes. This dynamic leadership opportunity offers a chance to make a significant impact on our global success by driving both customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies and leading the business’ tier 2 support function ensuring exceptional service delivery to our global customer base and institutional partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and enforcing a robust system of procedures to ensure quality control, efficiency, consistency, escalation/resolution processes, creating and monitoring KPIs
  • Address escalated client issues promptly, ensuring resolution and implementing measures to prevent recurrence
  • Ensuring company wide 24/7 tier 2 support coverage, including scheduling for public holidays and weekends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments including tier 1 support teams to achieve targeted business outcomes for partners and customers, effective escalation processes and enhancing the overall customer journey
  • Trading bridges and trading platforms administration
  • Liquidity management and trade investigations
  • Occasional direct communication with clients may be required where cases are escalated

Who are you?

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent 
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in managing and leading global operations within the financial services industry
  • Strong problem solving and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Self motivated / proactive
  • Permanent work rights in Australia
  • Financial services industry experience (desired)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Great leadership and communication skills
  • Adaptable to changing environments
