KPI Construction Services is on the lookout for a dependable and well-organized Traffic Management professional to enhance our Traffic Projects Team. This full-time position is based in Hallam, Victoria, offering a vibrant work environment with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 8 PM.
**Role Overview:**
As a Traffic Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our traffic control personnel, vehicles, and equipment. Your keen attention to detail and superior communication skills will ensure flawless scheduling and resource allocation, setting the stage for optimal operational success. This role involves direct communication with both internal and external clients and the processing of client job bookings.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Efficient coordination of personnel, vehicles, and equipment according to specific client needs.
- Development and maintenance of strong relationships with staff, assessing their skills and positioning them where they can best perform.
- Continuous engagement with clients to foster and maintain strong business relationships.
- Collaborative work with customers and our broader traffic and operations teams to maximize placement opportunities.
**Candidate Profile:**
- At least 2 years of experience in the Traffic Management industry.
- A proven track record of at least 2 years in scheduling or rostering within a dynamic and sometimes high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Availability to participate in an on-call roster as needed.
