Form of workM1 Traffic is a Tier 1 Accredited traffic management and labour hire company. With a head office in Keilor Park, we provide services to Major infrastructure projects, civil construction, Government, events, utilities and building industries. Our operation runs 24 hours a day 7 days a week, and recent expansion has seen the development of dedicated offices in Shepparton and Geelong.
We are currently seeking an Operations Scheduler to join our operations team in Keilor park.
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Coordinate staff to meet daily work demands.
- Scheduling traffic controllers and equipment to site
- Liaising with clients re operations fulfilment
- Complying with relevant OH&S policies & procedures
- Overview of all traffic management vehicles
- Follow up on all accident & Incident reports
- Conducting Toolbox meetings as required
- Liaison with sales and Admin teams as required.
- Timely acknowledge and response to internal and external emails and calls
- Handling all calls after hours on the operations 24/7 number and accurately booking, reallocating staff, and handling all issues (rotated fortnightly)
Successful Candidates will possess the following:
- Exceptional attention to detail and be well organized.
- Excellent prioritizing and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Can work well in a team.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Traffic allocating (and scheduling)
- Hold current driver’s license.
- Excellent communication skills
