Qualifications & experience
- Qualification in Accounting or near completion of degree
- Highly developed knowledge of IT systems and Financial Software Systems
- Exceptional organisational skills and a passion for detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced excel skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work autonomously and make informed decisions

Tasks & responsibilities
- Accounts to Trial Balance
- Process Accounts Payable invoices including collect data from corporate information systems, check data accuracy, process Accounts Payable payments
- Process Accounts Receivables invoices including collect data from corporate information systems, check data accuracy and process member payments
- Daily Bank Reconciliation
- Payroll
- Assist with End of Month processing
- Other ad hoc duties as required
