- Learn how to create and execute high-quality test automation artefacts such as automated test cases/scripts, test data etc. and adhere to section standards and guidelines.
- Work with a coach and/or mentor and receive on-the-job training on test automation.
- Learn to maintain documentation to support test automation delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the test automation team.
- Learn how to initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships between the test automation team and across the ICT Division, business, and operational areas with support from the team.
