Form of workRockingham Mitsubishi and Kia is currently seeking a highly motivated Trainee Business Manager for our high sales volume at Eagers Automotive. You will learn how to effectively sell finance and insurance products to customers while providing excellent customer service.
Reporting to the General Manager and Regional F&I Manager, you will be responsible for selling finance and insurance products to customers and providing excellent customer experience. This is an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate who will enjoy providing our guests with an excellent customer service experience.
Duties will include:
- Maximising the profitable sales of finance and insurance
- Delivering exceptional customer experience by understanding all areas of the business
- Building and maintaining relationships with your internal and external stakeholders
- Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
- Delivering value for customers
- To ensure the administrative operations are completed accurately
- Guaranteed income level for the first 6 months while you learn, after which you will transition onto a base salary plus commissions!
- A fully serviced company car after completing 3 months with us!
- On-going mentoring and access to an experienced team of professionals to grow along side.

Ideally you will:
- Be sales focused and KPI driven
- Have a professional attitude

- Have strong numeracy skills and intermediate/ high computer skills
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail
