About Us:
As a Trainee Educator at our Early Learning Centre, you will learn to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. You will be supported in developing your skills and knowledge, gaining hands-on experience while studying towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, which will be fully funded by Atlantis Child Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the implementation of educational programs and activities that promote the development and learning of children.
- Supporting children’s daily routines, including meals, rest, and hygiene.
- Building positive and nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Learning to use the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) to guide practice.
- Engaging in professional development and on-the-job learning to grow your skills and understanding.
- Ensuring a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for children.
