They will ideally be highly motivated, innovative, and enthusiastic in the promotion of Physical Education and Health within the school and will be responsible for the coordination and organisation of all school sporting events including but not limited to intra school cross country and summer athletics carnivals as well as coordinating the participation in interschool sporting events where these opportunities arise.The successful applicant will ideally have experience, and an understanding, of the application of a Fundamental Movement Skills program or similar approaches. Further to this, it would be advantageous for the successful applicant to have some experience and a background in classroom teaching as they will not only oversee the whole of school Physical Education program, but also work alongside the school’s classroom teachers.
