An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Personal Assistant to join a Global Brand on a temporary basis, located in the inner city providing high level support to 3 Executives. This is a unique opportunity to join an International brand who believe their employees are the heart of everything they do.You will be responsible for proving high level 1:1 support to a snr Executive contributing to the effective running of the Executive's busy schedule in addition to this will also be supporting two other Executives.
Key responsibilities- Extensive diary and email management
- Extensive meeting management
- Stakeholder management
- Preparing documentation
- PowerPoint presentations
- Assisting with board meetings
- Assisting with Legal documentation
About you:
- Previous PA experience is essential
- A proactive and confident nature
- Ability to prioritise your work while working under pressure
- The ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
