About the roleThis role will give you the opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining invaluable training and assessment experience. You will be mentored by training specialists who work in a range of different industries including First Aid, fire safety, and Construction.
We will provide you with the opportunity to complete a fully funded Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. It is anticipated that the Certification in Training and Assessment will be completed over a 6-month period. Upon successful completion, the successful candidate would transition to become a Training Specialist.
What does that look like on a day-to-day basis?
- Observe and participate as a student in the courses.
- Complete online and/or face-to-face components of the CERT IV in Training and Assessment.
- Under the supervision of the training and delivery team, teach elements of a course.
- Learn how to use our LMS systems.
- Respond to inbound customer enquiries.
- Check, service, and maintain teaching resources.
You are known for your strong communication skills and your ability to work with a diverse range of people. You are driven by your customer service approach.
You may have clinical experience or industry experience from a diverse range of sectors such as Airline, Construction & Healthcare..While industry experience is important, the passion for teaching and empowering people with the right skills is what sets you apart.
