About the role
Count Adelaide is looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for outstanding client service to join our Financial Planning team as a Client Service Officer (CSO). The CSO is primarily responsible for the implementation and administration of our client's financial plans.
Prior experience working in a similar admin/support role within a professional office environment (preferably financial planning) is preferred but not essential.
You will be reporting to the Financial Planning Client Service Team Leader and primarily responsible for providing a broad range of services to support our Financial Advisors and their clients.
Salary is flexible depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration support to financial advisers and fellow team members
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Finalisation of advice documents to ensure quality presentation
- Implementation of advice
- Maintenance of existing client investments and insurances
- Liaise with fund managers regarding business processing
- File management
