Rare Opportunity to kick start your Automotive career. We are searching for a Confident, Mature and Driven leader to launch Central Coast Motor Groups newest franchise.
To succeed in this position, you will need to be a hard-working and dynamic business professional capable of ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered to every one of our new car guests. You will need to demonstrate prior sales experience and that you have the ability to lead our new car sales team from the front and be an integral part of our already established high performance culture.
This role would suit an experienced Sales Manager or senior sales executive who is looking to take the next step in their career,. We are after someone looking to build a long term and successful career with one of the central coasts leading dealer groups.
Day-to-day you can expect to.
- Manage all aspects of retail and fleet team sales activities
- Negotiations and assisting sales team close sales on a daily basis
- Ensuring all guests are provided with the ultimate customer experience
- Developing and delivering strategies to maintain strong sales processes and maximize gross profit
- Stock ordering and floor plan management
- Conducting regular follow-up of all enquiries and post delivery contact
- Providing consistent sales training
- Productivity and performance management of sales team
- Forward planning and marketing i
- Building a strong relationship with manufacture

- Intermediate/High Computer skills
