Our client who are based in the south east suburbs of Perth are specialists in supplying European automotive parts. They provide personalised service to customers and liaise with a variety of international suppliers to ensure they can deliver on time and at a competitive price.
Due to further growth and development, they are now inline to employ a Trainee Parts Interpreter to join their busy Parts and Retail Team.
They are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for cars in particular European models. You will have a high level of emotional intelligence and outstanding customer service skills.
This sought after position will see you perform the following duties:
Prompt processing of sales orders and quotations
Procurement of parts through local or interstate suppliers to complete customer orders
Creating Purchase Orders for local and interstate procurement
Keeping a detailed log of all on going orders and quotations that can be easily followed up
The prompt processing of all credits relating to orders processed
Ensure correct processes have been followed in relation to the collection of parts for credit or warranty
Recording of lost sales through the appropriate processes when necessary
Providing customer feedback to the sales team relating to any matters to the company operation
Attendance and participation in regular sales meetings as organised by management
