We are now seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Parts Interpreter to join our friendly, high performing team on a full-time permanent basis.
This role requires previous experience in an automotive parts sales role as well as a customer service focus and leadership skills. You must be able to work in conjunction with all internal departments with a team-first mentality and be guest focused, including a willingness to go beyond your normal duties to ensure the guest experience meets or exceeds expectations. This role reports directly to the Parts Manager.
Specific Responsibilities
- Interpret, quote and sell parts to retail BMW guests ensuring you maintain guest satisfaction and retention.
- Book fitment of parts and accessories to guest vehicles.
- Provide product information to our Guests as well as assist internal staff as required with parts and accessory related queries.
- Work in conjunction with end Guests and other departments to maximise Parts and Accessory Sales opportunities.
- Provide professional & timely customer service at all times.
- Highly developed customer service and communication skills will be critical to the success in this role.
- The successful candidate will require a passion for delivering high quality customer service and comprehensive automotive industry experience
