Job Description:
Shapeair is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Powder Coater. In this role, you will learn the fundamentals of powder coating techniques and processes for a range of Manufactured Products.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of materials for powder coating.
- Learn to operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
- Apply powder coatings to various substrates according to specifications and quality standards.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of powder coating equipment and work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; we will provide comprehensive training.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
