THE ROLE
This is a dynamic role which sees you responsible for strategically administering and managing the daily function of the regional training program within NSW and ACT, alongside supporting three internal committees. As the first point of contact for trainees within their region, the successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships and rapport with internal and external stakeholders. There is a strong coordination element - in that this role is responsible for organising activities and events, as well as monitoring the progression of trainees.
  
THE DUTIES

  • Act as the first point of contact, providing information to members, trainees and key stakeholders across NSW and ACT. 
  • Monitor Trainee Progression and compliance, ensuring they are on track and aligning with training requirements.
  • Work closely with the internal committees- organisation of quarterly meetings, agendas and minutes.
  • Ensuring accurate records for trainees are maintained within the database.
  • Organisation and execution of key events including internal meetings, examinations, and training events.
ABOUT YOU
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • The ability to digest information analytically and think objectively.
  • Strong rapport building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in project administration - managing timelines and multiple priorities.
  • Passion for the medical/education space (previous experience within a medical/health/education/non-profit/membership space will be highly regarded).
