- 24 Month Traineeship
- 4 days on job training and 1 day of study
- Traineeship Wage ranging from $384.30 - $780.40 per week (dependant on age and school year completion)
- Study Certificate IV Business Administration at TAFE (local campus)

The Role
Reporting to the Records Coordinator and based in Windsor, this is a great opportunity to develop a broad range of administration skills while completing an accredited Cert IV Business Administration qualification, which will help to kick start your career for future success.
The purpose of this position is to support an effective system for the recording, retrieval, storage, archiving and movement of all documents/files throughout the organisation.
About You
You will be a highly motivated individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy customer contact, data entry, a fast-paced environment and being a team player. You’re results orientated and will be able to demohave high attention to detail.
This traineeship will assist you to progress your career in Local Government or Customer Service based industries.
To be considered for this position, you must have completed your Year 10 School Certificate and have some customer service or administration experience.
It is also essential that you do not already possess a Certificate III or higher-level qualification and are not currently actively studying.
Applicants should note that continuing employment beyond the twenty-four month traineeship period cannot be guaranteed.
Essential Criteria
- Completion of Year 10 School Certificate or equivalent
- Computer/data entry skills and experience
- Good telephone manner with ability to listen to staff and clearly document their requirements.
- Understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Clerical Skills and Experience
