Sales Consultant to join their team and contribute to their success.
About the RoleIn this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to embark on a rewarding career path within the sales domain. You will be passionate about interacting with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our extensive product offerings.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Conduct site visits to help measure and design customer spaces.
- Provide expert advice and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate closely with our team to offer tailored solutions that meet each customer's unique needs and preferences.
- Assist with showroom presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the elegance and functionality of our offerings.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships.

Requirements:- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality or retail roles is a plus but not required.
- A keen eye for design and aesthetics is desirable.
- Full Driver's License and own vehicle
