Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role offers a dynamic environment, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting (cold calling) for new property management listings
- Adhere to set weekly and monthly KPI's and targets
- Proactively identifying potential new clients
- Establish and maintain the database
- Create a qualified pipeline of business
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained
- Prepare photos, signboards, and advertisements for available rental properties
- QLD Real Estate certificate or licence essential.
- Proven track record in Business Development within Property Management essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of property management, the rental market and more.
- Competitive base salary, up to $85,000 per annum plus superannuation + commissions.
