Trainee Sales Consultant

Pacific Motor Group is based on the Sunshine Coast and represents five new vehicle brands as well as numerous used car operations. We are a member of the Pickering Group of Companies with a wide representation throughout the Northern Territory, regional Queensland and South Eastern Queensland.

About the Position

We seeking a motivated individual looking to start their career in automotive sales as a Trainee Sales Consultant. 

This position would be suited to a motivated self-starter with a passion for providing consumer excellence by going that extra mile. With strong interpersonal skills, you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships whilst growing the dealership's customer base. Candidates must be able to display the following requirements; 

• Be proficient with basic computer skills. 
• Hold a current Australian Driver’s License (mandatory)
• Be able to demonstrate time management and organisational skills.
• Have a willingness to take on new challenges, learn new skills and be mentored by our experienced management team.
• Candidate must be driven to achieve personal renumeration via achievement with Sales Key Performance Indicator targets.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales based role is a must

Trading days: Monday to Saturday - 5 day working week.
