Position Title:New Home Sales Consultant

POSITION OVERVIEW
As a New Home Sales Consultant working for a custom home builder who completes 25-30 homes per annum, you will be the face of the company, responsible for guiding prospective clients through the process of purchasing their New Home. Your role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable home options, and ensuring a seamless and satisfying buying experience. You will play a critical role in driving sales and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Salary is negotiable and customisable based on experiance and preference (For example a higher base lower comms or lower base higher comms).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Engagement:
Welcome and assist clients in the sales center and model homes.
Conduct consultations to understand client requirements and preferences.
Present and explain available home options, features, and pricing.
Provide detailed information on the building process, timelines, and expectations.
Sales Process Management:
Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to nurture potential clients.
Prepare and present sales contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process to address any questions or concerns.
Market and Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's product offerings, including home designs, features, and customization options.
Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Documentation and Reporting:
Ensure all client interactions and sales activities are accurately documented in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
General:
Assist with the coordination of sales events and promotions.
Participate in community events and open houses to generate leads and promote the company.
Comply with company WH&S policies at all times.
Support other team members as required.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the residential construction or real estate industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and meet client needs effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as required.
Proactive and results-driven attitude.
